PT Int'l Dev (00372) Deputy Chairman Chau Mei Wah resigns

PT International Development (00372) said Chau  Mei Wah, Rosanna resigned as an Executive Director and ceased to be the Deputy Chairman of the Board with effect from today as she needs to devote more time to her other business engagements.   Chau confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board.
