Hong Kong bourses retreated today after seven-day rise. China's first quarter GDP was in-line, with a year on year growth of 6.7%. Hang Seng Index lost 103 pts at most after opening higher 36 pts. It receded 33 pts or 0.2% to 21,304 at midday. Hang Seng China Enterprises Index faded 27 pts or 0.3% to 9,210. Half-day market turnover amounted to $34.1 billion.
